About the role Background and details: You will be field based (Northwest) as part of our on-site presence, reporting into our Redditch Depot. You will be required to maintain and service Komatsu plant machinery whilst always maintaining safe working practices. In addition, ensuring that you provide our customers the best levels of service, through regular communication with both the customer and service office to update on progress throughout the set activity.
