This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive secretary to support solicitors and paralegals working on residential and commercial conveyancing matters. You will be part of a professional and supportive team, providing crucial administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth running of the department. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.Assist with property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.Manage diaries, appointments, and deadlines for fee earners.Maintain and update case management systems and client records.Liaise with clients, mortgage lenders, estate agents, and other third parties.Support fee earners with billing and file management.Ensure all files and documents comply with firm procedures and regulatory requirements. Candidate ProfileProven experience as a legal secretary, ideally within a conveyancing or property team.Excellent typing and IT skills, confident with Microsoft Office and case management systems.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise ..... full job details .....
