Please do not contact the recruiter directly.This is a great opportunity to join the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) as our Systems Accountant. We recently went live with a new finance platform in January 2025. This permanent role will maximise the benefits and efficiencies of the platform for our financial processes and help us maximise the impact we can have for children around the world.You will help us maximise the value of our new finance system (Unit 4 ERPx), which supports smarter decision-making and better use of donor funds. You will have experience embedding new finance systems, ensuring they run smoothly, and continuously improving how we work. You will manage system access, workflows, and reporting tools, and you will be the go-to person for technical support. You will also lead testing updates, manage support tickets, and work with our external system partners.We are looking for someone who can spot opportunities to improve processes and help train others to use the system confidently. You must be a team player who will work closely with the Head of Financial Control and our Information Team to ensure everything connects and runs well, while ensuring compliance with VAT, data protection, and internal policies.This is a great opportunity to make a real impact in a charity that helps children around the world. Responsibilities

Support and optimise the new Unit 4 ERPx finance platform to improve financial processes and donor fund usage.Manage system access, workflows, reporting tools, and provide technical support.Lead testing updates, manage support tickets, and collaborate with external system partners.Identify opportunities to improve processes and train colleagues to use the system confidently.Collaborate with the Head of Financial Control and the Information Team to ensure proper integration with VAT, data protection, and internal policies.

Qualifications

Experience embedding new finance systems and ensuring they run smoothly.Experience with system access management, workflows, and reporting tools.Experience leading testing updates and managing support tickets.Ability to train others and drive process improvement.Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of VAT, data protection, and internal policies relevant to financial systems.
