We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Deputy Manager to join a well-established early years setting located in NW9. The setting provides high-quality childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years and is looking for a strong leader to support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the provision. Key Responsibilities: Support the Nursery Manager in the daily operations of the nursery. Provide strong leadership, guidance, and supervision to the staff team. Ensure high-quality childcare and uphold a safe, stimulating learning environment. Implement and monitor nursery policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication with parents and carers. Support staff development, training, and performance management. Assist with staff recruitment, interviews, and induction processes. Requirements: Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification or above. Strong knowledge of EYFS and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Strong understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and Health and Safety. Ability to commute to NW9.
