What youll be doing at Sticks n Sushi

Youll support in building and leading each shift with passion, with a dedication to ensuring quality and outstanding hospitality at every touchpoint.Youll be ready to energise the team, helping to create and host an experience so special that our guests truly leave the real world for a while.Youll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations-from decision-making and team development to maintaining high standards.Youll share responsibility for driving performance and supporting the General Manager in delivering on our PandL goals.Youll be the person the team turns to for motivation, clarity, and encouragement. Youll lead by example, with confidence and humility.You will be our ambassador of SticksnSushi.
