Up to £16,470 (£41,175 pro rata per annum) (dependent on experience)

Long Eaton Day Services is a mixed gender service for individuals aged 16 years and above, supporting those with a primary diagnosis of a learning disability, complex health needs, physical disabilities, and autism.
Our Day Services focus on demonstrating outcomes and value through activities developed with input from professionals, parents, carers, and the individuals we support.
Our services are led by three key disciplines: occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and speech and language therapy. This multidisciplinary approach helps develop personalized activity plans to maximize individuals'' potential, with input from our dedicated clinical team. Days are flexible, with opening times from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide direct clinical care, including assessments, treatment, and management of service users. You will develop and implement OT treatment programs based on assessments and individual needs, within a multidisciplinary team.
Occupational Therapy Directorate
Our occupational therapy team supports over 150 Occupational Therapists and 300 OT support staff. We promote support, service development, and participation in specialist interest groups.
Each service line has a clinical lead occupational therapist to guide evidence-based practice and therapy pathways.
We value our team members'' input in service development, supported by our clinical lead occupational therapists.
Occupational Therapy Preceptorship and Induction
We offer a 12-month preceptorship program to support new graduates and consolidate core skills, especially considering recent challenges affecting placement experiences.
