Thrive on bringing order to chaos.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Digital Consultant or Digital Consulting Manager, your role encompasses three focus areas: client-facing project delivery, assisting with sales activities, and participation in internal/external communities.Project Delivery:

Target billable utilization of 80%, function in an account, team, or work-stream leadership role, define, manage, and execute on account and project plans, provide strategic consultation, assist with approach, estimation, and proposals for new projects, create accelerators and opportunities, analyze market trends, and contribute to training and publications.Project Pursuit:

Scope and estimate new opportunities, prepare and deliver engagement proposals, respond to RFPs, write Statements of Work, and identify leads and opportunities inside or outside current engagements.Basic Qualifications5+ years relevant consulting experience5+ years experience in cloud-based data platforms, bespoke application development, or AI/ML solutionsStrong business understanding of technologies and processesProven track record of client satisfaction and project deliveryEntrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow and improve accountsExcellent presentation skills, comfortable speaking with executives, IT management, and developersTechnical degree, preferably in computer science or mathAbility to adapt to new technologies and learn quicklyExperience in turnaround situations, problem-solving, and decision-makingAccurate work estimation, response to RFPs, and writing Statements of WorkWillingness to travel for client deliveryPartnership experience with Microsoft, AWS, IBM, or Snowflake is a plusLocated in Dallas/Ft.
