Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations and performance across 5 school sites in Bristol. Recruit, coach, and support site cleaning staff to ensure consistent high standards. Conduct routine site audits and enforce strict Health and Safety protocols. Act as the primary operational link for school stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and account retention. Oversee site budgets, track profitability, and implement efficiency improvements. Requirements, Skills and Experience: Based locally in/around Bristol with regular mobility across all 5 sites. Proven track record in multi-site operational management and budget control within contract cleaning or facilities. Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills. Solid working knowledge of Health and Safety compliance (education sector experience preferred). Enhanced DBS clearance (required due to working in educational settings).
