Project Support Officer needed in Addlestone £19.98ph PAYE – RQ1596806Project and administrative support is needed in the Housing team in connection with an imminent inspection by the Regulator of Social HousingResponsibilities

To ensure documents are accurate, up-to-date, correctly formatted and well presented.To check web content is up-to-date and well presented.To collate required documentation accurately for submission.To assist with arranging meetings and disseminating agreed actions.To support the Housing Management Team with associated administrative tasks.To produce “how to guides” and procedures as required.To support the management team in investigating complaints and providing draft responses.To collate and index documents for legal cases from the Housing management system.To research good practice and provide briefing notes as required.To maintain effective registers of complaints and members enquiries.This is a full time role on a temporary contract basisIf you are interested in the role please apply on our website with your CV, alternatively you can email your CV to katie@essentialemploy.co.uk quoting the reference number.Essential Employment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
