I am delighted to recruit a HR systems coordinator role for an outstanding business in London. This role is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of internal HR systems and processes, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the employee lifecycle. The coordinator will work closely with colleagues across departments to support system improvements, reporting, and training.Core Responsibilities:Maintain and update HR platforms including core HR, rota scheduling, learning systems, payroll, and internal communications toolsProcess new starters, leavers, and contractual changes, ensuring records are accurate and up to dateAdminister employee benefits and maintain associated documentationPrepare payroll data and respond to queries from staff and managersMonitor rota submissions and approvals, flagging discrepancies where neededSupport annual pay reviews and assist with salary and benefits benchmarkingTrack compliance across key areas such as right to work checks, DBS renewals, and working time regulationsManage mandatory training records and update learning content as requiredDevelop and maintain SOPs for system use and HR processesProvide guidance and training to managers and employees on system functionalityProduce regular and ad-hoc reports on workforce data, trends, and complianceBuild and maintain dashboards to support data visibility and decision-makingAssist with system upgrades, transitions, and integrationsLiaise with IT and other teams to troubleshoot issues and improve system performanceEnsure confidentiality is upheld across all HR activitiesContribute ideas to improve processes and enhance employee experienceSupport wider HR projects and initiatives as neededThe role offers a competitive package of up to £35,000 p.a. on a permanent basis + bonus potential and benefits.
