Responsibilities

Delivering a range of projects of varying scale and complexity with minimal supervision.

Providing technical leadership and support to project teams.

Representing the organisation at client meetings, industry events, and professional forums.

Supporting the development of junior staff and contributing to a culture of continual learning.

Using tools like Newforma Project Center to manage documentation and ensure quality control.

Supporting business development efforts and contributing to local strategic goals.

Project Delivery

Lead on construction and refurbishment projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEPC, and landscape design teams.

Promote health, safety, and wellbeing in design and construction processes.

Provide expert insight into CDM regulations, fire safety, and sustainable construction methods.

Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Ensure that all outputs meet professional standards and regulatory requirements.
