Are you looking to take the next step in your company secretarial career within a highly respected, mid-sized accountancy firm? I’m working with a collaborative and growing firm that is looking to add an experienced company secretarial professional to their company secretarial team.About the Role
This is a varied role where you’ll provide high-quality company secretarial and governance support across a large portfolio of clients. You’ll be joining a well-established team with strong processes in place, and you’ll have scope to influence and support junior team members as well as contribute to process improvements. They are either looking for someone at manager/senior manager level.Key Responsibilities
Deliver a full range of company secretarial services including statutory compliance, transaction work and Companies House filingsAct as a key point of contact for client queries and ongoing governance supportSupport with governance best practice initiatives and process enhancementsSupervise or mentor junior team members where appropriateAbout You
UK company secretarial experience.Strong technical knowledge of UK company law and statutory complianceExperience in a professional services is preferred.Experience with Diligent Entities.Additional Details
