Location: Danygraig Domiciliary Care, Bridgend Road, Porthcawl, CF36 5SRSalary: Competitive (based on experience and qualifications)Contract: Permanent | 40 hours per week

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Domiciliary Care Manager to lead our growing service in Bridgend. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring the highest standards of care, supporting a dedicated team, and driving service quality and growth.

About the Role

As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you’ll:

Oversee the day-to-day management of the serviceEnsure safe, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignityManage staff recruitment, supervision, and ongoing developmentBuild strong relationships with clients, families, and professionalsMaintain compliance with CIW regulations and safeguarding requirementsMonitor quality, complete audits, and ensure accurate record-keepingSupport rota management and participate in the on-call systemWhat We’re Looking For

QCF Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)Strong leadership and staff management skillsExperience working in domiciliary care and care planningExcellent knowledge of CIW regulations, safeguarding, and quality standardsStrong organisational and communication skillsFull UK driving licence (essential)
