The charity is located close to London Bridge station, and they offer extensive hybrid working, going into the office only 1-day per week. You will be part of a friendly and high performing HR team where you will need to be able to make an immediate impact. They are looking for an Interim HR Manager (Employee Relations) to play a pivotal role in delivering consistent, legally sound and people-focused ER support. This is an exciting 6-month FTC opportunity to take ownership of both complex casework and key improvement projects, helping to embed best practice and build manager capability across the organisation.
