As a Venue Manager, you''ll be vital in helping our guest''s create smiles - getting stuck in to give them a great dining experience! You''ll be part of a big team of people who are responsible for providing our guests with breakfast and dinner in our self service restaurants each day of their holiday.You should enjoy developing people and be passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to guests by nurturing, training and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment.You will drive standards and have the ability to lead the team to excellence, incorporating all brand standards and Butlin''s way of working.Reporting to the Senior Manager, you''ll enjoy the buzz of a busy environment and will drive your team to maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness.
