CandC Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to join a private equity firm, located in Central London. A high achieving and successful firm with a respectful, collaborative and fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:Provide extensive diary management to 2 Managing Partners and other senior executives as required.Organising extensive and complex global travel with accommodation and all other logisticsScheduling internal and external meetings, including working closely with the investor relations team to co-ordinate complex meetings, speaking engagements and board attendance.Board co-ordination - attending and scheduling meetingsRelationship Management - cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investor meetings and events, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality.Document preparation: producing, formatting and typing documents.Project co-ordination -keeping track of timelines, milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates, and addressing any issues or concerns proactively.Supporting the wider team with eventsStepping in to cover other EAs and guiding junior assistants, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.What background and experience are the company looking for?Must have experience working as an EA in a similar role supporting at C-suite/senior levelExceptional organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure and time commitmentProfessional, with strong verbal and written communication skills, able to work with discretion and tactA flexible approach, available to support out of hours when neededWho is taking care of the client and candidate applications for this position?Anna Fiddes-BarwickFor this role, CandC Search is acting as an employment agency.At CandC Search diversity, equity and inclusion are at the core of who we are and how we operate.
