Customer Service and Repairs Manager

Meridian is seeking a Costumer Service and Repairs Manager to join our clients expanding repairs service delivery team. Location: Teddington Salary: £40,000 per annum + fantastic employee benefits (see below) Sector: Social Housing We re looking for a confident and experienced leader to head up our client''s Repairs Advisors team and help deliver excellent service to their residents. If you re a natural problem-solver and want to put customers first, this could be the perfect role for you. In a typical day, you ll be coaching your team, handling escalated issues, and keeping service quality high across all customer contact channels. You ll coordinate responses to formal complaints, oversee key performance targets, and act as the first point of contact for clients making sure we stay one step ahead in delivering great outcomes. You ll also play a key role in onboarding new clients and introducing systems and contractors, while working closely with finance to ensure smooth invoice processes. Your ability to stay calm under pressure and keep things running smoothly will be essential. With your excellent communication skills, you ll keep customers, colleagues, and clients in the loop. You ll be confident, proactive, and adaptable, and lead by example to deliver exceptional service every time. What you ll bring: Previous managerial experience in repairs.
