Customer Service Coordinator

Job: Service Centre Coordinator (Contract) Location: Weybridge Rate: £18 - £19 per hour. Mon to Fri. Type: Contract (Inside IR35) Start Date: Monday 26th May Duration: 5 months We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Service Centre Coordinator to take lead on handling and recording of incoming client calls, accurately interpreting both contractual and operational needs, and ensuring the Helpdesk consistently delivers service beyond client expectations. This role requires you the be disciplined in ensuring strict adherence to process. Key Responsibilities: • Handle and log client site-related calls, converting them into technical or FM actions. • Determine suitable solutions based on contract terms. • Maintain strong working relationships with clients and the delivery team. • Perform general administrative tasks. • Deliver clear, professional helpdesk support. • Assist the delivery team with admin tasks. • Understand client environments and their contractual obligations. • General Administrative duties • Update and manage relevant software tools (e.g., Maximo). Requirements: • 4 years experience in customer service, contact centre, or administrative experience in Construction • BPSS clearance • Proficiency in call handling with excellent communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes • Teamwork and collaborative skills • Strong organisational and planning abilities • Capability to understand and analyse statistical data • ..... full job details .....
