Our client based in Woking is seeking a temporary receptionist to join their busy team in Woking. To be considered you must have recent front of house or receptionist experience, and be available immediately to start.

Duties:

Providing a first-class service to customers both in person and over the phone
Using the system to update information
Resolve customer enquiries
Always maintain a high level of customer care
Provide information to customers on a daily basis
Update customer contact details on the database
Accept and process telephone care payments
Front of house reception duties
Meeting and greeting customers

Requirements:

Recent receptionist experience
Strong Microsoft office experience
Confident dealing with customers
Available immediately to start
