Imperial London Hotels .We’re seeking an Assistant Financial Accounting Manager to join our Finance team and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. Based at our office near Russell Square, central London, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping to ensure the smooth running of our financial operations across our family of hotels.Base pay range

Essential Skills:As the Assistant Financial Accounting Manager, you’ll work closely with the Financial Accounting Manager to maintain accurate, timely, and compliant financial records. Your key responsibilities will include:Preparing and submitting weekly supplier payment runsManaging accruals, prepayments, and month-end closure activitiesSupporting monthly payroll submissions and quarterly VAT returnsConducting daily banking activities and bank reconciliationsMaintaining accurate balance sheet reconciliationsManaging inter-company transactions and reconciliationsSupporting audit preparation with organised, timely documentationDriving process improvements and implementing robust financial controlsDesirable Skills (Not required but a plus):Part-qualified (or working towards) ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalentExperience in a similar finance or accounting role, ideally in hospitality or service industriesStrong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Business Central)Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organisational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesA collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a hunger to learn and growWhat you’ll get in return
