is a healthcare services and information technology company focused on improving the business of healthcare. This role is part of the ClarusONE Sourcing Services partnership between McKesson and Walmart, established to provide strategic sourcing services for both companies from London. The incumbent will support ClarusONE''s Accounting and Reporting, ensuring accuracy, operational efficiency and timely delivery of financials. The position serves as the key interface between PSaS Finance, Walmart Finance, ClarusONE FPandA and MCK Shared Service teams.

Purpose of Job

The job holder will play a key role in supporting ClarusONE''s accounting and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency and timely financial deliverables. The role acts as the primary interface among the relevant finance teams across the partnership.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for monthly PandL reporting for the Joint Venture to the Controller, VP Finance and Member Finance teams, including variance analysis vs Plan and Forecasts.

Prepare and own monthly forecasting and annual budgeting for Operating Expenses, in collaboration with the Controller.

Own the balance sheet of the UK entities with support from global teams (US and India).

Ensure integrity of accounts maintained correctly by our shared service global partner teams.

Drive adjustments as required in maintenance and review of all financial reporting records including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable and fixed assets. Liaise with teams to action adjustments and changes to accounting records.

Ensure confidentiality of Members'' financial information in line with the partnership agreement.

Ownership of accounting calculations for the Joint Venture related to Non-Controlling Interest (NCI). Preparation of Distribution Calculations for Controller review and quarterly distributions to members.

Review and ensure accuracy, reporting and timeliness of ClarusONE fees and rebates involving -200 vendors with an annual value of $240 million. Review supplier billings for fees and rebates on behalf of both Members.

Serve as primary contact with ClarusONE Members'' Finance and Accounting teams.

Prepare UK GAAP Partnership Financial Statements for Controller and VP Finance review.

Lead point of contact for UK GAAP external audit; support US GAAP external audit related to ClarusONE.

Update SOX narratives as processes evolve and support various RCG requirements.

Partner with the Controller and VP of Finance to deliver set financial results.

Lead and support ClarusONE Controller with projects and business initiatives, including process improvement, system enhancement, ad-hoc analysis and other initiatives.

Support ClarusONE Legal with annual regulatory reporting requirements.

Line management responsibility for ClarusONE Accountant; set direction, priorities, objectives and performance reviews.

Engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities.

RequirementsEducation/TrainingBachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. Qualified Accountant/ACA preferred. ACCA considered with relevant experience.

ExperienceAt least 5 years post-qualified experience. Multinational experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare company is beneficial.

PC/Equipment

SAP and BPC/HFM, Blackline; proficient in Excel; experience with Microsoft Access and PowerPoint desirable.

Experience with Alteryx, ThoughtSpot, financial modeling and reporting desirable.

Work Environment/Physical DemandsGeneral office environment. Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite in ClarusONE, Russell Square office. Travel regionally and internationally may be required.
