This role sits within a central IT team based in their Shared Service Centre in Hinckley, supporting users and systems across the wider business.You will play a key part in the day-to-day administration, support and continuous improvement of the organisation s business applications estate. You''ll: Administer and support business applications running on Microsoft technologies including Azure, Windows Server, Entra, Active Directory and SQL Server Provide 2nd/3rd line support, ensuring incidents and service requests are seen through to resolution Support the installation, configuration and rollout of new applications Monitor applications, apply updates and security patches, and manage planned changes Log and present change requests at weekly change boards Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders Work closely with internal teams and external partners on BAU and project-based work You ll ideally have experience with: Azure (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS) Windows Server, ..... full job details .....
