This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of one of two major client accounts, both comprising a mix of data centre and corporate office environments.The Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance, strategic direction, and financial management of the account. This includes full PandL ownership, team leadership, client relationship management, and the delivery of high-quality services across multiple sites.You will be supported by a well-established team, including an Account Manager and several Contract Managers, and will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, driving operational performance, and ensuring contract compliance.Key Responsibilities:Full ownership of PandL and budget management across a high-value, multi-site accountLeadership of operational teams, ensuring service delivery and staff developmentManagement of SLAs, KPIs, and all contractual deliverablesStrategic client engagement and stakeholder relationship managementIdentification and implementation of opportunities for account improvement and growthCandidate Profile:Demonstrable experience in leading large-scale FM accounts, ideally in critical and/or corporate environmentsStrong financial and commercial acumenProven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships at senior levelsStrategic thinker with a hands-on approach to leadership and deliverExperience in data centre environments is advantageous, but not essentialSeniority level
