This is a fast paced, admin focused role supporting a team of HR Advisors during a period of high hiring activity.Key responsibilities:Preparing and issuing offer documentation to new startersUpdating and maintaining employee records on the HR system (Oracle) Supporting candidates through pre employment screening and onboarding checksLiaising with candidates, hiring managers and HR colleaguesAssisting with ad hoc HR administration tasksSupporting system testing activities where requiredAbout you:Previous HR administration experience is essentialComfortable speaking with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and accuracyConfident using HR systems and technologyOracle experience would be advantageousAble to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining high standardsIf this is of interest, please apply with an updated CV attached.
