Internal Sales Team Leader required for our successful manufacturing client based in Wednesbury. We are looking for an experienced Internal Sales Team Leader to lead the internal sales team, including customer service, telemarketing and design/quotes, delivering industry benchmark levels of customer support, by way of effective supervision and leadership, together with the development, implementation and management of applicable systems, procedures, policies and KPI s. Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Director and direct line management of a small team consisting of Customer Service, Technical and Design/Quote you will ensure that departmental objectives are aligned to the business strategic plan.This is a hands on internal sales role including direct telemarketing to existing clients and developing potential new business opportunities via sales CRM system. Main Duties and Responsibilities: The efficient planning and execution of tasks and associated administration, together with sales order processing, customer order confirmations, spares enquiries, system designs and quotation generation, all within agreed and reportable timescales. In conjunction with the Marketing Manager, develop, plan and execute telemarketing campaigns to raise awareness of the Company brand, build relationships with target audiences and to ultimately grow the sales of products, accessories and spares.
