The chef de Partie (or strong Demi Chef) will also assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in developing new dishes and ensuring high standards of food hygiene.Previous experience at Demi or Chef de Partie level in good restaurants required. Good chef skills and attitude/communication essentialAmazing work life balance, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a weekClosed over the Christmas period, (additional to holiday). Closed all bank holidays.
