Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained and supported to develop your skills in sourcing, placing, and managing professionals across a variety of disciplines. Initially, you will play a key role in filling both permanent and contract roles. Upon successful pass of probation, you may be offered the opportunity to build your own client base, using a 360 model. Key Responsibilities Learn and apply the full recruitment lifecycle. Advertise roles, screen candidates and arrange interviews. Manage job vacancies and match suitable candidates to client requirements. Build strong relationships with a variety of candidates. Negotiate offers for both permanent and contract placements. Work towards personal KPIs and team sales targets. Requirements A proactive, driven, and resilient attitude with a willingness to learn. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Resilient, target-driven and passionate about high performance. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
