Log, manage, and resolve Dynamics 365 CE support requests, escalating where appropriate.Troubleshoot and diagnose issues via phone, email, and occasional site visits.Carry out system customisations such as creating fields, updating forms, configuring business rules, workflows, and Power Automate flows.Work with security roles, user permissions, and data handling tasks (exporting, validating, re-importing).Support project-related work including new implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.Identify opportunities to enhance customer systems and contribute ideas for improvement.About you / Qualifications

2-3 years'' experience

working with

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) .Strong understanding of

customisation, workflows, business rules, and security settings .Experience in a

support environment , ideally within an MSP or internal IT/CRM team.Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical issues into clear explanations for customers and colleagues.Desirable skills

Exposure to

Power Platform

(Power Apps, Power Automate).Familiarity with

Active Directory / Entra ID
