Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Flexi/Remote (London,UK)
Hours: 5 days per week, 9:00am – 3:00pm (30 hours per week)
Salary: £15 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

You'll be supporting our advisers and administration team with a range of day-to-day tasks, ensuring excellent service for our clients and helping maintain efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Chasing clients for outstanding paperwork and documentation
• Contacting providers to obtain information and documentation
• Data entry and updating internal systems
• Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
• Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Is confident and professional when speaking with clients over the telephone
• Has good written and verbal communication skills
• Is competent using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Can manage their workload independently while working remotely
• Is proactive, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team
• Has previous administrative experience (preferred)
