At IRIS Software Group, our Sales and Customer Success (CS) teams are the engine of our growth. They win new customers, deepen relationships, and ensure clients succeed with our products. To keep fuelling that success, we''re hiring a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who will take ownership of hiring across these pivotal teams. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Manchester office. Manchester is the hub for our Sales and Customer Success organisation - it''s where these teams are anchored, and where senior leaders frequently come together. Being present here means you''ll be close to the action, building strong relationships and directly influencing how we attract and hire the talent that powers IRIS''s growth.Why This Role Matters
