Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Go-to-Market (Sales and CS)Why this role matters
Our Sales and Customer Success teams are at the heart of our growth and customer retention. We’re scaling fast and need a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who can own end-to-end hiring for these critical functions. This isn’t a transactional recruiting role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership, shaping how we attract, assess, and hire world-class commercial talent.Responsibilities
Partner with Leadership:
Work directly with the CRO, CCO, SLT across the GTM teams and hiring managers to define workforce plans and hiring priorities.Own the Hiring Lifecycle:
From market mapping, sourcing, and running assessments, to coaching interviewers and closing offers.Design and Improve Process:
Build scalable, candidate-first recruitment strategies that balance speed with quality.Talent Advisor:
Provide insights on market trends, compensation, and competitor movements to influence hiring decisions.Employer Brand:
Champion our story in the Sales and CS talent market, ensuring every candidate has a great experience.Diversity and Inclusion:
Lead initiatives to widen pipelines and reduce bias in hiring processes.About you / Qualifications
Proven GTM Recruiting Experience
- You’ve managed Sales, Account Management, CS hiring in a fast-paced SaaS, fintech, or tech scale-up.Headhunter instincts
- You know how to proactively identify, approach, and engage top talent in competitive markets, not just rely on inbound.Assessment expertise
- You’re skilled at interviewing and designing selection processes that reveal both capability and cultural fit.Talent mapping
- You’re comfortable building market maps and pipelines across multiple levels, from SDRs to senior leadership.Business Partner Mindset
