The Role:

As Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the kitchen, maintaining the highest standards of food preparation, hygiene, and teamwork. You will:Support the Head Chef in daily operations and menu development

Lead and inspire junior members of the brigade

Ensure consistency, precision, and quality across all sections

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience at Sous Chef level within a fine dining or Michelin-starred environment
