, this could be a brilliant next step.The RoleYou''ll take the lead on strategic sourcing and procurement activities across a variety of large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects across Europe. This is a hands-on role where you''ll partner with stakeholders across the project life cycle to drive value, innovation, and sustainability in the construction supply chain.You’ll be working across multiple trades, including

civil, architectural, interior fit-out, MEP systems

, and

fire protection

,

engaging with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers across Europe. If you’ve got the commercial acumen, confidence, and technical knowledge to manage complex procurement challenges, and a passion for building something meaningful, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of strategic sourcing strategies across all construction categories and supplier tiersManage tenders, contracts, and supplier on boarding - with commercial and technical accuracyDeliver cost savings through value engineering, supply chain optimisation, and smart negotiationBuild and maintain excellent supplier relationships across the UK and EuropeProvide market intelligence and insight to drive decisions on sustainability, risk, and innovationChampion continuous improvement and automation of procurement tools and processesCollaborate closely with construction, legal, design, real estate, and finance teamsOccasional travel may be required across Europe (up to 25%), as well as ad-hoc day trips within the UK.What We’re Looking ForMinimum

5 years'' experience

in

procurement, category management, or commercial management rolesProven experience in

construction procurement

is essentialDeep understanding of construction contracts, trades, and industry dynamicsStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsExperience in managing large-scale contracts across regions and business unitsA strategic thinker with an eye for both the detail and the bigger pictureComfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environmentBonus points if you have:A degree in a construction-related discipline (e.g. Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management)If this sounds like your kind of challenge and you meet the criteria, we’d love to hear from you!Seniority level
