Senior Category Manager

to help shape and accelerate our growth by transforming data into action, building strong retailer partnerships, and leading the way in developing the category through outstanding category leadership. This is a high-impact, insight-led role with scope across multiple markets, including the UK and Australia, working with major retailers.

You’ll be the go-to expert, applying your commercial acumen and storytelling skills to influence decisions and unlock growth opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on turning insight into impact. You’ll be a strategic thinker with a commercial mindset—naturally curious, proactive, and always identifying opportunities while navigating complex or incomplete data with confidence.

What we need from you

Proven experience in FMCG category management at a senior level, ideally within food

Strong track record of working with UK grocery retailers; exposure to Australian retailers is an advantage

Skilled at transforming data into compelling stories that influence decisions and deliver commercial impact

A creative problem-solver, comfortable navigating both limited and complex datasets to find solutions

Confident in working with EPOS, shopper panel, and loyalty card data

A natural leader and collaborator, able to build trust and followership internally and with retail partners through strong thinking and high emotional intelligence

Commercially astute, with a clear understanding of what drives business performance

Curious, proactive, and eager to bring expertise to a fast-moving, ambitious environment
