Group HR Manager

Group HR Manager £50,000 to £60,000 Office based Monday to Friday Mid Kent (Will require to travel to site occasionally) My client, a well-established and growing business in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team. In this role, you will provide HR leadership across the organisation. We are looking for a candidate with extensive generalist HR experience, ideally holding a CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher. Duties include: Design and execute HR strategies that support organisational objectives and core values. Oversee the full recruitment process, including talent sourcing, selection, and onboarding to secure and retain high-calibre employees. Promote initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention. Manage and coordinate training, development, and compliance programmes to support staff growth and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management. Ensure adherence to employment legislation and internal HR policies. Produce and analyse HR metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and training compliance, to inform decision-making.
