This role requires excellent communication, organisation and multitasking skills to ensure the smooth running of the office. You will provide front-of-house support, administrative assistance and coordination across departments, contributing to the professional and welcoming environment that our client is known for.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone calls and handle inquiriesManage incoming and outgoing mailSchedule and coordinate appointments and meeting roomsProvide administrative support including drafting reports, letters and emailsMaintain a clean, organised and professional reception areaOrder and manage office suppliesAssist with data entry, filing and record-keepingSupport internal communication across departmentsOrganise travel arrangements for staff when requiredProvide quality assurance support through basic quality assurance checks and data entriesExperience RequiredPrevious experience in a receptionist, front-of-house or administrative roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and multitasking abilityConfident using MS SuiteA proactive, approachable and professional mannerStrong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasksFor further information please contact Kelsey at Artemis Human Capital.
