This venue extends this philosophy to its food, offering a modern restaurant with a classic open fireplace and oak beam finish in the dining room.The Role:The right Junior Sous Chef should be motivated and creative, have a passion for fresh food, be hardworking and a team playerAs Junior Sous Chef, you will be work alongside the Head and Sous Chef creating fresh, seasonal dishes for their a la carte restaurant.You will also train and mentor junior members of the brigade.You must have proven previous Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef experience within a fresh food establishment, be able to take control of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.Skills Required Benefits :The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have a real passion for high level cuisine and fantastic food presentation.Be able to work in a team, use your own initiative. Benefits :Annual salary between £29,000 - £32,000 per year depending on skill levelGuaranteed tronc of £5,500 - £6,500 per year paid monthly.
