Your new company Our client is a fast-growing organisation that is seeking to have a global impact through science and technology.Your new role As Finance Business Partner, you will be an integral part of the finance team that plans, analyses, and reports on the financial and operational aspects of dedicated initiatives and programmes. You will facilitate and drive forward the understanding of a dedicated cost base and add value to the business by assisting in the strategic, commercial, and operational decision-making through reporting, planning and analytical capabilities.The key responsibilities of the role will be preparing the annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts for designated business areas; ensuring accurate financials, providing insights into variance trends and submitting deliverables to required deadlines. You will produce monthly reports for budget holders and leadership on the delivery of departmental budgets, including insightful variance analysis and act as a trusted advisor to budget holders, providing financial insights to support decision-making. Working closely with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives, including analysing costs and recommending strategies for the best use of resources, you will also develop innovative solutions to complex problems and support change implementation and delivery.
