JOB REF: 215301044Responsibilities
Manage files on Public Law matters with a focus on Procurement Disputes and Judicial Reviews.Supervise and delegate work to junior lawyers; handle High Court litigation as well as mediation.Conduct advocacy where appropriate and deliver strategic, practical, and commercial advice.Engage directly with clients to manage expectations, oversee budgets and fees, and contribute to business development through marketing, networking, and other client-focused initiatives.Qualifications
Experience at a strong regional or City firm, or a specialist/niche practice.Expertise in High Court Litigation; preferably procurement disputes and/or judicial review.Excellent client service skills, high attention to detail, and strong written and oral communication.Flexible approach to meet urgent client and court deadlines while maintaining clear and consistent client communication.Benefits
