OverviewKey Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):Support the development and maintenance of a robust set of actuarial modelling tools and processThe key tasks cover all aspects of their end-to-end processSupport the development and/or maintenance of documentation and user guidesStrong coding capabilities, acting in line with best practicesActive independent / peer review and challenge across all aspects of the E2E Model Development Framework and on business requirementsQualifications required:Part qualified / Qualified actuary with experience in life insurance or life reinsuranceExperience required:Coding experience, e.g. C++, Python or VBADemonstrable interest in long-term actuarial modelling roleModel development experience, preferably with knowledge of Life, CI, IP and Annuity/Longevity productsExperience of using MoSes, RiskAgility FM, Tyche or similar modelling platforms, including an understanding of the benefits and limitations of such platformsAdvanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and WordExperience with Agile delivery methods desirable
