This is a hands-on, high-impact role working directly with senior leaders across IT, Development, Engineering, Product and Design. You''ll assess the current people structure, work with department heads, review team performance and effectiveness, identify improvements, and drive succession planning and organisational development. You''ll need to be a confident, commercially minded HR professional with extensive experience partnering with technology teams.
