Position Roles: Enterprise Account Executive, Sales Director

What the job involves

Source and close net new logos within a given territory in your book of business.

Navigate complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors and champions.

Research and understand customer business objectives; perform value-driven sales cycles.

Collaborate with internal teams to advance deals and ensure customer success.

Consistently meet ARR revenue targets through a metric-based approach.

Develop and implement sales strategies to generate pipeline, create opportunities, and achieve bookings.

Provide timely insights to other corporate functions.

Create ROI and business justification reports based on data analysis.

Manage tight POCs aligned with business success criteria.

Additional requirements

6+ years of successful sales experience with a record of top performance.

Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate highly technical products; adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Proven success in closing complex deals within complex organizations.

Use of a repeatable method for uncovering opportunities and building new territories.

Experience building relationships and selling face-to-face to C-level executives.

Knowledge of leading software solutions, integrations, APIs, infrastructure, security, and analytics.

Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based solutions.

Previous experience working with teams including SEs, BDRs, PMs, Executives, and Engineers.

This is a remote position; familiarity with the UK regional market, cultural nuances, and business practices is essential.
