We''re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyorto join a privately owned, well-run, ambitious and growing Principal Contractor.
The company deliver high specification Construction & Fit Out Projects across Berkshire, Bucks, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Warwickshire, Hampshire, Surrey & Middlesex Project values range from -1 million up to -20 million.
As a SQS you will be managing multiple projects at any one time, dealing with clients at senior management level, and their representatives .-
Reporting to the Commercial Director as a SQS this is a varied role requiring you to work on sites and from the company owned, offices.

The successful candidate will have worked as a Quantity Surveyor on a range of Commercial Office Construction & Fit Out Projects .
The individual will be able to demonstrate experience of setting up and managing commercial controls for multiple projects whilst developing and maintaining relationships with key project stakeholders.-
The successful person will be rewarded with a salary of between -80k95k (DOE) plus car /car allowance, annual bonus, private medical , pension, 25 DH-and ongoing career prospects.
