This is a brand new role and you will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload in a unique setting.The London region currently covers six sites including, HMP Belmarsh, HMP Thameside, Heathrow IRC, HMP Pentonville, HMP Wormwood Scrubs and HMP Brixton.In this role you will be working across all sites with the possibility to work from home 1 day a week.HoursMonday to Friday - 9.00 to 17.00SalaryThis position is

You willTo act as a specialist practitioner in the assessment and treatment of patients with respiratory disease (COPD, Interstitial Lung Disease and Bronchiectasis) and other healthcare professionals whilst working collaboratively under the
NMOC framework. This will be to provide the best care and support to patients and staff through an integrated approach.This will include a specialist respiratory holistic assessment, to assess, plan, implement and evaluate all aspects of patient care including, QoF, referrals to specialist pathways and developing individualised treatment/care plans.Conduct Annual Long Term Condition (Respiratory) reviews in line with Health in Justice 7A indicators and service specification.Offer health promotion advice and support to patients with respiratory disease including smoking cessation where appropriate.If you are interested in
