An exciting permanent opportunity reporting directly to the Financial Director, involving management of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, analysis, along with business partnering, process improvement and more. A varied accounting role offering progression/development, where you can really impact key decision-making. Ideally suited to a newly qualified/finalist CIMA/ACCA/ACA finance professional, however part-qualified and qualified by experience candidates will be considered.Your new roleYour key duties will involve supervising a small finance team, being responsible for PandL, cashflow budgeting, forecasting, planning and financial/variance analysis. You will act as the lead contact for the external audit, ensure financial systems are robust, provide support for new projects, working with both finance and non-financial management. You will have an active involvement in financial strategy and objectives for the organisation, development of KPIs, monthly reporting, along with managing all banking processes.
