The ideal candidate will have a strong background in podiatric medicine and be committed to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves diagnosing and treating conditions related to the feet, ankles, and lower extremities, while also collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management. Responsibilities Conduct thorough examinations of patients'' feet and lower extremities to diagnose conditions. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Perform various podiatric procedures including but not limited to wound care, suturing, and botulinum toxin treatment. Provide health coaching and education to patients regarding foot health and preventive measures. Stay updated on advancements in podiatry and related fields through continuous education and clinical research. Requirements Valid state license to practice podiatry. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology relevant to podiatry. Strong patient assessment skills with the ability to develop effective care plans. Basic life support certification is required; advanced certifications are a plus. Previous experience in a medical office setting or hospital environment is preferred.
