Junior Sous – Cotswolds – Day Shifts

We are currently looking for an experienced Junior Sous for a private members club located in the Cotswolds. Our client is a sustainable and organic farm shop with a real family feel. The successful Junior Sous will work alongside kitchen management with daily operations of all sections across the sites kitchen ensuring the highest standards at all times.

The Person

The Junior Sous will have:Have experience as a senior CDP or Junior Sous in similar level in a similar environmentHigh standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.Have a thorough understanding of health and safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCPIdeally be able to drive or live locallyHave a passion for fresh food and good attention to detailHave the confidence to create and be innovative
