This is an opportunity to work at the heart of major projects, taking on a varied and stimulating caseload from inception through to completion. You will be involved in drafting and negotiating a broad range of construction, development, and project documentation, advising on procurement, contracting strategies, and providing commercially focused advice throughout the project lifecycle. Your work will span standard form contracts including JCT, NEC and EPC/EPCM, as well as bespoke agreements, development arrangements, due diligence, and joint ventures.
