Act as the professional reception point for the company, greeting clients, visitors, and suppliers with a warm and attentive approachAct as the first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring they are directed or resolved promptlyCreate a welcoming environment in the office, maintaining high standards of presentation and serviceCoordinate hospitality for client meetings and eventsProvide day-to-day support to senior leaders, including diary management, travel booking, and itinerary planningProactively anticipate needs and resolve challenges before they ariseAssist with preparation of documents, agendas, and presentationsCoordinate internal and external meetings with great attention to detailOversee the smooth running of the office environment, including office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationshipsManage mail, deliveries, and courier servicesSupport design, upkeep, and organisation of the workplace to ensure a productive and vibrant atmosphereEnsure compliance with company policies and assist in logging office-related expenses with FinanceUse data such as call volumes to inform office routines and ensure coverage with minimal disruptionAssist with planning and delivery of company days, socials, and client eventsSupport leaders in organising external engagements and hospitalityContribute ideas for enhancing workplace culture and employee experienceProvide ad-hoc support for projects and business initiativesSupport internal communication and coordination across departmentsAssist in designing and developing the new office space to create a vibrant, professional, and productive workplaceRequirements
Minimum of 3 years'' relevant experienceStrong software expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive; ability to use PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data analysisGood time-management and planning skillsCan-do approach, tenacious, and proactiveAbility to work under pressure and adapt to changing prioritiesA team player who can work on their own initiativeConfident communicator, both verbal and writtenKeen eye for detailExperience as an Office Manager, Receptionist, or in a workplace experience role is desirableSuccessful candidates will be required to undergo onboarding and pre-employment screening before commencing employment. This includes, but is not limited to, credit checks, criminal records checks, sanctions checks, and other relevant background checks. Any offer of employment is conditional upon satisfactory completion of these checks.Benefits and Package
