FONDA Guest Relations Manager

is:A hands-on, natural leader who can support the General Manager and curate the guest experience offering in the restaurant, leading the reservations team so they are operating in the best way possible to offer an excellent restaurant experience.A strong communicator with all departments regarding to reservations ensuring all guests receive the best possible experience through genuine hospitality.Able to work with integrity, generosity, and excellent attention to detail for people and product.Passionate and knowledgeable about food, wine, and hospitality and able to exceed guests’ expectations.A champion of our values and ethos, motivating the team to be always working to a ‘Best in Class’ level.Confident in building new and nurturing established relationships with guests and stakeholders wishing to connect with Fonda and the brand.Experienced in dealing with guest feedback and the relevant platforms.Working closely with the General Manager to manage forecasting, covers, events and optimizing the restaurant capacity and experience.We’d love to hear from you if you’re an experienced Guest Relations Manager
